She had one litter of puppies, to Treceder Imprint (Stormy), and was an excelling mother. I kept three of them and she required their good behaviour. She kept me going through some very dark times.

I'd vowed to train her, and three of her get, to their CD and I started with her son, Herk, which was a snap. Lizzie had other ideas, and it took something like twenty shows! Each time it was a different thing and I was at my wit's end … not a long distance.

Finally, one magical day in Galveston, at the Moody Center, she got her third leg and finished her CD. There's more, her daughter Wig won her first leg at that same show and I got to stand there, at the end, with two Boxers who'd had qualifying scores. That was a splendid day.
